The development, which is a 5500sqm residential and commercial project, consists of three underlying basement parking levels, a commercial area at ground floor level, and six separate residential blocks. The residential blocks consist of a housing area of two hundred apartments. The engineering behind this development was very challenging due to the large spans and levels involved, but the structure proved to be very economical.
