This completed large block of apartments project in Sannat features a modern and contemporary design, offering residents a serene and comfortable living environment. The structural design of the proposal was particularly challenging due to the levels involved. Our team of skilled structural engineers rose to the occasion, crafting a thin yet robust structure that meets all safety and load-bearing requirements. The thoughtful and efficient design ensures that each apartment enjoys ample natural light and a sense of openness, enhancing the overall living experience for residents. At the back of the block, we designed a large pool area, creating a private oasis for the residents to relax and unwind. The pool area complements the overall ambiance of the project, offering a perfect place to enjoy leisure time and create cherished memories with family and friends. The development includes basement garages, providing residents with convenient parking spaces, ensuring that the residents have an organized parking area. The block comprises eighteen flats at the ground, first, and second floors, with six flats on each level. Additionally, four flats are located at the receded floor level, providing a diverse range of housing options to cater to individual preferences and lifestyles.
