This project consists of a completed block of apartments, which is located in the bustling area of Pieta. The project comprised multi-level parking facilities that catered to both commercial and residential needs. The complex required careful planning to ensure that each stage of the construction was executed seamlessly, enabling residents and the business to access their designated spaces without disruption. The existing building presented challenges, as it was poorly constructed and required extensive buttressing to ensure its structural integrity. Our team of structural engineers undertook a meticulous process to reinforce the existing building, making it a safe and reliable part of the newly constructed complex. Problems with neighboring properties’ foundations further complicated the project. Our team worked closely with 3rd party property owners to address their concerns and devise engineering solutions that ensured the stability and safety of all structures involved. Despite the challenges, our team successfully engineered a cost-effective and well-designed structure. The existing commercial showroom was thoughtfully relocated to the newly constructed part of the complex, providing a seamless transition for the business and visitors alike. The relocation added an element of convenience and modernity to the development, catering to the dynamic needs of the business and enhancing the overall value of the project.
