This project stands proudly as a completed block of apartments situated in St. Julians and embodies a harmonious blend of modern living and architectural finesse. The project presented an array of challenges due to the site’s boundary conditions. Despite the constraints, our team of architects and engineers skillfully navigated the site’s tight levels to create a harmonious and functional living space. Every aspect of the design was thoughtfully considered to optimize the use of available space. Throughout the entire building, large Finite Element (FE) flat slabs were meticulously designed. These innovative slabs facilitated seamless load distribution and structural integrity, providing open and flexible living spaces for the occupants. Value engineering was an integral part of the project, and our team prioritized finding solutions that would offer the greatest value to the client. By carefully assessing materials, construction methods, and design elements, we achieved an optimal balance between efficiency and performance. This commitment to value engineering proved valuable for the client, enhancing the project’s overall success.
