A full analysis was conducted to understand its structural capacity, and vertical pillars were strategically added to support the new structure above, ensuring a seamless integration of the old and new elements. The basement level provides ample parking spaces, allowing guests to have a convenient and hassle-free experience during their stay. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a warm and inviting ambiance, featuring a breakfast area, preparation space, serving area, lounge, and a well-appointed reception. As guests ascend to the upper levels, they are met with a total of 30 beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, creating a sense of comfort and luxury. The guesthouse also includes a beauty center, offering additional relaxation and rejuvenation options for guests to indulge in during their stay. Throughout the project, our structural engineering team meticulously ensured that the building’s integrity and safety were upheld, allowing guests to enjoy their stay with complete peace of mind.
