This landmark project, situated in Malta’s main touristic and commercial area, features a mixed-use development combining commercial, residential, and parking facilities. The site spans over 5,000 square metres and includes a circa 30-storey high-rise building alongside various low-rise structures. As civil engineers, we are responsible for overseeing the extensive excavation works, which involve the removal of over 75,000 cubic metres of rock. Our role ensures the excavation process is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with the project’s ambitious design and structural requirements. This development is set to become a key addition to Malta’s urban skyline, blending functionality with architectural excellence.
