This project, located in the central part of Malta, delivers a modern and functional facility comprising over 5,000 square metres of premium office space and over 7,000 square metres dedicated to parking and storage. As structural engineers, our primary goal was to design a cost-effective and efficient structural solution. The structure features a reinforced concrete flat slab system throughout, ensuring optimal load distribution, flexibility for interior layouts, and ease of construction. By balancing structural integrity with cost efficiency, the project achieves a practical yet durable design tailored to meet the client’s requirements.
